It looks like using a different version of Java to generate the JavaScript creates the infinite cycle in different files.
Using java version "1.8.0_202" generates JavaScript that causes business_loan, personal_loan, and vehicle_loan to fail.
Using java version "1.8.0_211" generates JavaScript that causes business_loan and creditcard_loan to fail.
